Plate style availability varies by finish. Verdigris is available in Georgian, Flat, and Contour plate styles. Dover Bronze is available in Victorian and Flat plate styles. Rustic Silver, Rust, and Rustic Pewter are available in the Flat plate style only.

Verdigris

Verdigris is at its best in country and period interiors where the blue-green patina of the finish can sit alongside aged copper, bronze, or stone. It works particularly well in kitchens and garden rooms with natural materials — exposed timber, flagstone, painted render — and in outbuildings and converted spaces where the character of the finish complements the rawness of the architecture.

Dover bronze

Dover Bronze suits interiors with a warm, dark, aged quality — country kitchens, traditional sitting rooms, and period properties where the textured, characterful finish of the plate adds to the sense of the space having been furnished over time rather than all at once. It works well alongside dark-painted joinery and aged timber, and pairs naturally with antique brass and bronze hardware elsewhere in the room.

Rust

Rust is the most industrial of the rustic finishes, suited to converted spaces, workshops, and interiors with a raw, utilitarian aesthetic. It works well in rooms with exposed brick, bare concrete, and reclaimed timber, and alongside dark metal furniture and industrial lighting. It is a finish with a strong character that works best where the rest of the interior is robust enough to carry it.

Rustic silver

Rustic silver suits interiors that want the character of an aged metal finish without the warmth of bronze or the darkness of rust. It works well in country and coastal spaces, in rooms with driftwood, stone, and natural linen, and in period properties where a cooler aged finish is a better fit than antique brass or pewter.

Rustic pewter

Rustic pewter combines the cool, dark tone of pewter with the textured, aged quality of the rustic range. It suits the same interiors as pewter — country kitchens, sitting rooms with natural materials, period properties — but with more surface character and depth than a standard pewter finish. It works well as an alternative to graphite or matt black in spaces where a dark finish is wanted but the uniformity of a powder-coated finish feels too clean.
