This is a 2 gang 100W LED Dimmer on a flat polished chrome plate.
Each dimmer module has a maximum capacity of 150W and 10 lamps. They are push on/off dimmers. They are fitted to a flat polished chrome dimmer plate and have matching polished chrome dimmer caps.
