Unlacquered Sockets and Switches

This is our range of unlacquered sockets and switches, all of these plates are manufactured by G&H Brassware.

The unlacquered plates are best suited to a new even wall, as these plates are unlacquered, they will tarnish over time for a unique finish, adding character to your home. 

Please be advised, that only the plate is unlacquered, The toggle switches, metal rocker switches and dimmer caps are all a lacquered polished brass finish and must not be wiped with any chemicals or additional processes. 

Our contour range of unlacquered polished brass sockets and switches will require standard depth back boxes. 

However, with our flat range of unlacquered polished brass sockets and switches, deeper back boxes will be required, please see the following depths that we recommend: 

Switches: 25mm

Sockets and Dimmers: 35mm

USB Sockets, Shaver Sockets and Cooker Switches: 47mm
